My very happy with the dog tag that I ordered. I’m just glad we can finally put it on our fur baby. Very good quality and I’m very pleased with the wording that I picked to go on. I could put a fair bit on and I liked how I could have both sides engraved. If the dog loses this one, I will definitely order another one from you and I will definitely be recommending you as well. I ordered a few dog tags online for my two dogs. For whatever reasons, the parcel went missing for 2-3 weeks. I contacted the customer services of Mydogtags. They responded not just quickly but also provided me 3 different options, including re-sending the dogtags. They also OFFERED a 25% refund for the incident. Happy with the service. They were friendly and helpful but unfortunately I didn’t receive any of my tags even when it was resent. So I cannot review the actual product. The shipping is shocking as well, have no way to be updated on where the tag is and therefore have no idea if it’s lost or just not coming. Really disappointed.

I ordered two for my puppy. One month after they have shipped the products I still haven’t received them. They kindly offered me choice of either refund or shipping new ones. This time I received within two weeks. Then two weeks later I received the first package. It turns out AU post messed it up. Anyway, the product came with good quality. Loved it!

Product is in excellent quality and suits my kitty well. The design on parcel is super cute. Delivery did take a month. When enquired about delivery time (3 weeks after making my purchase), the team did respond quickly and offered a refund or re-send at their own expense. Lucky I did not proceed with either knowing delivery services are delayed during covid. Thank you

Delivery took longer than expected but messaged customer service and they replied within 24 hours and offered to send new ones if the package didn’t arrive in the next few days and it arrived the day after, great service.
